Ok, how do I place an order?
Ah, our site is super friendly for that! Simply click on shop - then select the items you like and choose your size and add to cart. Our online shop will take you to checkout process where we accept payments via bank card. You are also most welcome to do an EFT. Drop us an e-mail with the items you want, the sizes of each and your delivery address. We will send you the value to be paid and our bank details. Once we receive payment we will check that it has cleared and send it on your way.
Is it safe to pay online?
Yes! We have partnered with PayFast who handles nearly all the major online retailers in South Africa. We never have access to your banking details in this entire process. PayFast manages the transaction and lets us know that all is in order. If you are nervous about online payments, you are totally welcome to request an EFT.

When are orders sent?
Once we receive confirmation of payment you will receive an e-mail confirming your order has been placed. All orders are processed the day after it has been placed. I pack it with love and care, make sure that we pack the items you ordered. Once the courier has collected the parcel you will receive a second e-mail letting you know that it is on the way.
How do deliveries work?
Once the courier has collected your parcel you will receive an e-mail with the tracking reference number. We send items via road freight so plan around 3-5 working days from when the order has been processed. Make sure to include a physical address (no postboxes or Post Office deliveries) where a person will be available to accept the parcel. Deliveries are made between 08:00 and 17:00 weekdays only.
What are the costs for deliveries?
The charge is a standard R60 for all deliveries no matter the area for delivery. If you place an order of over R850 in total value, we will include the shipping free of charge.
How do I track my parcel?
Once your item has been given to the courier, you will receive an e-mail notification with a link to the courier's website and a tracking reference number. Simply enter and get an update as to where your parcel is. Please take into consideration that there might be a lag in updates of up to 5 hours. I don't want you to worry about getting your parcel, so I do daily checks until you have received it to make sure everything is running smoothly.
