All confirmed orders should reach you within 3-5 business days depending on your area. Standard Door to Door Delivery of R85 or FREE if your order is over R850.

 

You will receive an order confirmation e-mail and a

shipping e-mail once your order is on the way.

During the current Covid-19 pandemic, our couriers at times might be under pressure due to reduced staff.  Please be kind in understanding that at times your delivery may take 2-3 days longer than originally planned. We will do our best to inform you should your delivery be impacted by courier constraints.

Ordering & Shipping

How do I place my order?


Orders may be placed online by selecting the items you want and adding them to your cart. Once you have all the items you want, select the cart icon to view your items you have selected. You may edit or change the items in your cart before processing your order.

You can choose to pay with bank card or EFT through the online checkout process. Once payment has been confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation*.

We only deliver to physical addresses, we do not deliver to a postbox. In the event that details are incorrectly provided, we will not be able to effect delivery to you.

If for some reason you have trouble placing your order online, send an e-mail to orders@foxymama.co.za and we will do our best to assist you.

Is it safe to pay online?


Short answer, Yes!

Notice that our URL starts with https – the S indicates that we have a security certificate in place that enables secure sessions from a web server to a browser allowing transactions to be placed safely. It uses public key cryptography.

This cryptography harnesses the power of two keys which are long strings of randomly generated numbers. One is a private key and one is a public key. A public key is known to your server and available in the public domain. It can be used to encrypt any message. So if Sannie is sending a message to Jannie she will lock it with Jannie’s public key. The only way it can be decrypted is to unlock it with Jannie’s private key. Jannie is the only one who has his private key so Jannie is the only one who can use this to unlock Sannie’s message. If a hacker intercepts the message before Jannie unlocks it, all they will get is a cryptographic code that they cannot break, even with the power of a computer.

If we look at this in terms of our website, the communication is happening between a website and a server. In this example Sannie is Foxy Mama website and Jannie is your bank’s server.




Can I pay via EFT?


You are most welcome to select the EFT option at checkout OR send us an e-mail to orders@foxymama.co.za with your order details to process a manual EFT order.

Your order details include: your name & surname, the name, qty and sizes/colours of the items that you want, your delivery address and daytime contact number for the courier to reach you should they have hiccups in delivering your order.

Orders will only be confirmed* once payment reflects in our bank account. Please allow an extra 1-2 days to your delivery timelines.

Do you have stock availability?


Most items, including our Foxy Mama Maternity Wear range, are kept on hand in our storage unit and is ready to be despatched to you once we receive your order confirmation.

We do source some items from suppliers on an order by order basis. We take all reasonable efforts to ensure that our system is updated with the latest available stock.

An order confirmation is sent once payment has been received. This is not a confirmation of stock availability. We will despatch all available items as soon as we can.

In the rare occasion that we are unable to fulfil your order we will send you a notice via e-mail and inform you of your available alternatives on a case by case basis. If you are not satisfied with any of the alternative options provided we will gladly give you a full refund. The choice is 100% yours and we will take your lead on preference.

What are the delivery charges?


We have a set standard shipping fee of R85 for all orders regardless of location. Free shipping is available for all orders over R850 in value. Delivery charges are visible at checkout.

What are your delivery timelines?


All shipped orders should reach you within 2-5 working days. Reminder to allow 1 day for us to process orders on our end.

Once we receive confirmation of payment you will receive an e-mail confirming your order has been placed. In the event that you paid via EFT, an order confirmation will be processed once payment has been received in our account, so please allow an extra 1-2 days for the bank to process the payment.

Orders are processed on our side the day after the order has been confirmed.

You will receive a shipping e-mail once your order has been packed and is on its way to you.

We reserve the right to fulfil your order from multiple locations based on how best we can complete your requirements.




Do you offer overnight shipping?


Normally we do offer overnight shipping on our maternity wear to main city centres only, but during the current Covid-19 circumstances we have removed this option as most couriers are experiencing intermittent constraints and we cannot reasonably guarantee that it will arrive overnight.

Once we can more reliably offer this service we will make it available once more.




Can I collect an order?


We are an online store only and we do not have a physical shop available for browsing or collection of orders. All orders are sent from our storage facilities directly to your provided address.




Do you deliver after hours?


We only deliver during business hours on business days. We do not offer deliveries after hours or over weekends. We do not deliver on public holidays.




How can I track my order?


Once your order is shipped you will receive a shipping e-mail from us that contain your tracking reference number as well as a tracking url/link. Simply click on the link provided and put in your unique reference/waybill number to see where your order is in the process.

Please allow 24 hours for your tracking number to be activated.




Do you offer contactless delivery?


Yes, all our courier partners offer contactless delivery for peace of mind. This means that you may request to not sign documentation and that you do not have to make any contact with the courier person – they will place your parcel at a safe distance as per your instruction.

How can I safely accept deliveries?


Your safety as well as those of your loved ones are very important to us. Here are our steps for safely accepting deliveries:

  • Wash your hands with soap and water for 20 seconds or more OR clean our hands with hand sanitiser before accepting any deliveries
  • Be sure to cover your mouth and nose with a face mask before opening the door
  • Maintain a 2 meter distance from the courier delivery person
  • You may instruct the courier person to leave the parcel at a safe spot that you may indicate to them
  • You do not need to sign any documentation
  • Spritz your parcel with sanitiser before opening
  • Unbox your order and safely discard of all packaging
  • Rewash your hands with soap and water for 20 seconds or more OR clean our hands with hand sanitiser
  • Refrain from touching your mouth, nose or face during and after accepting your delivery

In the event that you become aware or suspect that you have Covid-19 or any other infectious disease at any stage of ordering from our online shop, we need to be notified immediately so that the necessary precautions can be made to ensure the safety of all persons in the process.

In the event that you are Covid-19 positive or if you are suspected of having Covid-19 we reserve the right to postpone or cancel your order. This will be managed on a case by case basis and in the event that an any costs have been incurred we will not be able to refund the costs that have been incurred e.g. shipping.

Can I cancel my order before accepting the delivery?


You are more than welcome to cancel your order at any time during the process.

In the event that an order is cancelled before arriving at your provided address we will do our best to refund you.

However where an order has already incurred shipping costs, we will not be able to refund the shipping cost to you. A cancellation fee of 7% will apply and will be deducted from your refund. This fee is to cover non-refundable expenses incurred relating to the transaction.

What if an item is damaged during shipping?


We cannot be held liable for any damage during transit. We will however do our best to assist you. In the very rare occasion that this occurs, it will be treated on a case by case basis. We will need to first investigate the circumstances with you and our chosen courier partners before any remedial action can be taken.

Foxy Mama reserves the right to make a decision based on the available information. This decision will be at the sole discretion of Foxy Mama and no debate will be entered into. The decision may or may not include penalties based on each unique circumstances. No refunds will be processed until such time as we are satisfied that we have a full understanding of the circumstances surrounding the damage.
